Michaela Polkoráb

Born and raised in the Czech Republic, she moved to Marbella in 2010. Michaela holds her certificate in Marketing Management.
Juan García
Juan has a long history in urban management and investments in the Costa del Sol. His excellent sales skills enable him to guide clients confidently, offering discretion and efficiency.
He is passionate about providing his clients with the best possible results, whether presenting unique investment opportunities, negotiating tough deals or providing personalised market insight. He has led sales teams and managed several businesses between Spain and the UK. His great passion is wine, having studied oenology at the University of Valladolid and is a FEB member (Spanish Federation of Wine).
